I went to Farah’s Wedding Day with my friends, Najihah Zakaria and Ruwaidah on 8th July.
.It was a long enjoyable journey.We visited Hanis’s house at Kuala Terengganu and together heading to Farah’s house at Kota Bharu.We arrived at Farah’s house at the time she was get ready dress up for akad nikah.She was in white colour dress,with simple make up but her face was shining brightly.
I can’t stop my eyes from staring to her dress and face.It was her big day.As a friend,I really happy for her and hope she will be having a good life with his husband,Dr Zainal.
I cried at the moment her dad entered to her room.She was looking herself at the mirror,then her dad called her.When she approached to her dad,he asked her permission to marry her with her future husband.My tears rolled down.That scene touched my heart.Farah is the first child of her siblings.I can feel the same situation one day,my dad will let me go to another man to take care of me.I texted my mom about my feelings,
Me:Mom I don’t want to get married yet.It was sad to be apart from dad.
Mom:If the right time is coming,you should get married
Mom said like that because she knew,if a right man come,I should accept that opportunity.Mom get married when she was 23 years old.I am at that age now.However,mom told me,it is normal to get married by age 25 years old to complete your study and build a good career.Pray for me.
